更新帮助面板和 README：新工作空间文件文档，v1.1.0 → v0.9.0

- 帮助面板 SOUL.md 改为 SOUL.md/AGENT.md/USER.md 三个自定义文件
- 去掉技能自动生成 (v1.1) 版本标注
- README 版本号、特性表、架构图、快速开始同步更新
